The Damhsa Onórach Performance company, under the direction of Kate Adams Johnson,TCRG, is comprised of accomplished Irish dancers who have appeared throughout Middle TN.
In December of 2007 the company recently completed their successful run of “Celtic Christmas” at Ingram Hall, which will be presented again December 19th and 20th, 2008.
The company’s performance history encompasses several area festivals, private and public shows, pageants, and lecture demonstration at area schools and charities. The Damhsa Onórach performance company has become known for mixing traditional and popular music in their choreographic offerings, thereby making Irish Dance more accessible to the general public. Dancers in the company have appeared with the Nashville Symphony, Cherish the Ladies, the Border Collies, Plaidgrass and Wishing Room.
